1. Agreement

By placing an order on glowarc.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By checking out, you confirm you meet these criteria.

3. Products & pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax (collected at checkout where required by law). We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors and to refund any order that was clearly mispriced. Product photos are representative; minor color or hardware variations may occur.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, shipping address restrictions, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, your card will not be charged (authorizations release within 7 business days).

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Your card is charged at order confirmation, not at shipment.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) pass through to you. Glowarc itself does not extend additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the manufacturer warranty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowarc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, layout) is owned by Glowarc or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
